The Little Mermaid

The Little Mermaid

Written by Alan Menkin, and Doug White

Directed by Scott Micheals,

Designed by Ray Zupp

This was my first show at the wagon wheel and the most massive we did the whole time, it involved alot of sculpting from volcanoes, to sandbanks, to insulation foam, to chicken wire, this was a very prop and decoration heavy show with alot of project management and texturework. The mermaid in the middle was measured and freehanded, and finlined, it was around 15 feet in diameter, and took 3 hours to finish. The temple was carved from pool noodels, airbrushed, and sponge textured. The boat was also airbrushed and hand lined.
